Information We Collect

When you submit a contact form, we collect your name and email address. If you join the print queue (Stage Two), we will collect your email and model name. Payment data (Stage Two) is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage print queue requests, and (with your consent) send updates about the Old Girl project. Your information will not be used for purposes other than those described here without your additional consent (PIPEDA Principle 3).

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Third-party services we use: Formspree (form handling), Cloudflare (DNS and hosting), Vercel (hosting). Stripe will be added when queue payments are enabled.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. Queue and payment data will be retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

This site uses essential cookies only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. Access requests will be addressed within 30 days. Contact our Privacy Officer at info@3d3d.ca.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca or 1-800-282-1376.
